KIRANGLOBAL BUSINESS INVESTMENT LIMITED, was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name GROWELL BUSINESS CREDITS PRIVATE LIMITED with CIN L65921TN1993PLC024511 under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1993. Then with effect from 8th March, 1996, the Company status got changed to Public Limited from Private Limited and consequently the name became GROWELL BUSINESS CREDITS LIMITED. Subsequently, with effect from 16th November, 2016 the name got changed to KIRANGLOBAL BUSINESS INVESTMENT LIMITED.

The Company is a NBFC Registered with RBI as a Non-Deposit Taking Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC-ND). It is the only Non Banking Finance Company (NBFC) registered with the RBI which belongs to the M S JAIN GROUP.
